1. Australian Consumer Law

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).

You are entitled to:

A replacement or refund for a major failure

Compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage

You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.


2. Warranty Coverage

Our warranty covers:

Digital products, online courses, and downloadable content are not covered under this Warranty Policy.

8. Shipping Costs for Warranty Claims

Where a warranty claim is approved:

We will cover reasonable return shipping costs

Replacement products will be shipped at no additional cost

If the claim is not approved, return shipping costs may be the responsibility of the customer.
