Clear photographs of the product
Claims must be lodged within 48 hours of identifying the fault.

7. Digital Products & Online Training
Digital products, online courses, and downloadable content are not covered under this Warranty Policy.
Consumer guarantees for digital content apply as required under Australian Consumer Law.
8. Shipping Costs for Warranty Claims
Where a warranty claim is approved:
We will cover reasonable return shipping costs
Replacement products will be shipped at no additional cost
If the claim is not approved, return shipping costs may be the responsibility of the customer.
9. Limitation
Nothing in this Warranty Policy limits or excludes your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
