Misuse & Consumer Guarantees

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.
You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure, and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.

However, consumer guarantees do not apply where:

Products are misused

Care instructions are not followed

Products are used beyond their intended purpose

Damage occurs after delivery due to improper handling or storage


Product Lifespan

The expected lifespan of products varies depending on usage, environment, and care. Proper storage and handling will maximise product longevity.


Refunds, Returns & Replacements

Products that are faulty or damaged must be reported within 48 hours of delivery, along with photographic evidence.

Products that show signs of misuse, wear beyond normal use, or failure to follow care instructions may not be eligible for a refund or replacement, except as required under Australian Consumer Law.
