This Returns & Refunds Policy applies to all purchases made through this website, including physical products and digital content.
1. Australian Consumer Law
Our goods and services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).
You are entitled to:
A replacement or refund for a major failure
Compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage

2. Digital Products & Online Training
Due to the digital nature of online training, courses, and downloadable content:
Refunds are not available once access has been granted
Please review all course information carefully before purchasing
This does not limit your rights under Australian Consumer Law where applicable.
3. Physical Product Returns
We accept returns for physical products only where required under Australian Consumer Law, including:
Faulty products
Damaged products
Products that do not match their description
Change-of-mind returns are not accepted.
4. Reporting a Fault or Issue
Faulty or damaged items must be reported within 48 hours of delivery and include:
Proof of purchase
A description of the issue
Clear photographs of the product and packaging
Failure to report within this timeframe may affect your claim.

7. Return Shipping
Where a return is approved:
Reasonable return shipping costs will be covered by us
Replacement items will be shipped at no additional cost
If a return is not approved, return shipping costs may be the responsibility of the customer.

Refund timeframes may vary depending on your payment provider.
9. Third-Party Products
